Then came the retaliation: a cease-and-desist letter from the insurance giant, threats of legal action, and a refusal to allow her newly opened surgery center to be in-network. All while Dr. Potter continued showing up for her patients, providing complex breast reconstruction procedures, often at personal financial loss, and standing firm in her values: patients over profits.

That’s when Dr. Betsy Grunch (Ladyspinedoc) reached out.
