E-Gift Card Policy

Thank you for choosing to share the Ladyspinedoc brand with someone special! Below is our policy regarding the purchase and use of Ladyspinedoc.com e-gift cards:

1. Digital Delivery Only

  • All gift cards are delivered via email to the recipient’s email address.
  • No physical card will be mailed.
  • Gift cards are typically delivered within minutes of purchase (or on the future date you specify). If you or the recipient do not see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.

2. How to Use

  • E-gift cards can be redeemed at www.ladyspinedoc.com for any merchandise available in our shop.
  • To redeem, add items to your cart, then enter the e-gift card code in the “Discount code” box at checkout. Be sure to click the “Apply” button to see your redemption. 
  • When a customer uses an e-gift card, the balance is deducted from the total cost of the order, which includes the cost of the products, shipping, and taxes.
  • Gift cards can be used multiple times until the balance is depleted.
  • If your order total exceeds the gift card balance, you can pay the difference using any accepted payment method.

3. Denominations

  • Available in $10, $25, $50, $100, $150, $200, $300, $400, and $500 amounts.

4. Expiration and Fees

  • Ladyspinedoc e-gift cards do not expire.
  • No additional fees apply after purchase.

5. Refunds and Returns

  • Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
  • Items purchased using an e-gift card are subject to our standard return policy. If a return is accepted, funds will be returned to the original gift card.

6. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

  • Please treat your gift card like cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards, but we’ll do our best to help if you contact us with your order number and details.
