2. Can I modify my order after placing it? No, we cannot make any changes or modifications once an order is submitted.

3. Do you accept returns or exchanges? Please see our return policy here. 

4. Can I exchange a sale item? No, all sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

6. How long does shipping take once dispatched from the warehouse? Please see our shipping policy for estimated shipping and processing times here.

8. How should I wash/care for my clothing? Unless otherwise stated in the product description, wash your items with like colors on a gentle cycle in cold water. Hang to dry or machine dry on delicate to extend the life of your clothing.

9. What does waitlist mean? A waitlisted item is currently sold out in the selected size, color, or style. When you join the waitlist, you'll receive restock updates before anyone else.
