Each piece from the Confidence Collection is meticulously handcrafted with sterling silver, 14k Gold and mined diamonds and traditional techniques. Because of the delicate and artisanal nature of our jewelry, proper care and handling are essential to preserve its beauty and integrity.

Handcrafted Nature

Our pieces are handmade in small batches. Subtle variations in stone placement, texture, and finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted fine jewelry and are not considered defects.

Complimentary Repairs

Manufacturing defects reported within 30 days of delivery may be eligible for a complimentary repair or replacement at our discretion.

Paid Repairs

Repairs due to the following are not covered and may incur a repair fee:

• Accidental damage, impact, or bending
• Normal wear and tear 
• Improper storage or handling
• Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, lotions, water, or heat
• Alterations or repairs performed by a third party

Repair fees vary based on labor, materials, and complexity. A quote will be provided for approval prior to repair.  Requests for paid repairs may be sent directly to madison@vinayarednam.com.

Handling & Care Guidelines

To protect your jewelry:

• Remove jewelry before exercising, sleeping, swimming, or bathing
• Avoid contact with perfumes, hairspray, lotions, cleaning products, and sanitizers
• Store pieces individually in the  soft pouch provided or lined jewelry box
• Do not bend, twist, or apply pressure to delicate components
