Shipping Policy

 

All orders are processed (shipped and fulfilled) within 1-3 business days (excluding all holidays and weekends). You will receive an email with shipping confirmation and a tracking number once your order begins fulfillment. Tracking information will be updated within 1 business day from then. Please note that orders placed on weekends will begin processing the next open business day. We are closed on all major holidays.

Free Standard Shipping
*Free Standard Shipping applies to orders over $150 before discounts + tax.
Standard Shipping | $6.99
*Standard delivery usually arrives within 4-6 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-3 business days processing time.

Priority Shipping | $15.99
*Priority shipping orders placed Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays, before 12:00 PM EST will usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date. Please allow 1-3 business days processing time.

Lost Packages
*Once your package leaves our facility, we no longer have control over your package.
*We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do not offer refunds on lost or stolen packages. You can submit a claim online for a missing packages through the post office. We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.
